Mission: The Link works with youth and young families to overcome the impacts of poverty and social injustice.

Our 23 programs provide supportive housing, intensive case management services, and skills development to youth at risk of or experiencing homelessness, sex trafficking and/or involvement in the juvenile justice system. The Link prides itself on its innovative, youth-centered, strengths-based programming for youth and families as well as programs that are co-designed, implemented and overseen by youth.

Position Specifics

AGENCY COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS

The Link maintains a COVID-19 preparedness plan that mitigates the transmission and spread of COVID-19. Programs also maintain practices to ensure the safety of staff, clients, residents, and community members. With that, The Link requires all new employees, volunteers, interns to show proof of full vaccination upon onboarding or submit to a weekly COVID test. BASIC FUNCTION

Lindquist Apartments are a supportive housing community for formerly homeless youth ages 16-24.  Our primary program goal is to assist residents in maintaining stable housing while working towards achieving self-sufficiency and independence.  Front Desk Staff provide advocacy and support to residents while promoting a safe living atmosphere.  The facility is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

Hours: This is a coverage position. Possible shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am

Compensation: $19.04/hour (non-exempt).
