Conflict is inherent in work—no matter your sector, industry, or title. At some point in your career, you’re bound to witness, experience, or even instigate conflict. And when we avoid conflict, we silence our truth, leading to inauthentic relationships among employees.

What would our workplaces look like if we viewed conflict as a form of intimacy? With empathy, we can better tune into the well-being of our colleagues and navigate together the root causes of conflict.

Join us on August 13 for #LikeABoss | Conflict to hear from leaders who are skilled in holding tension about how they embrace productive conflict, hold people accountable, and prioritize the well-being of their teams to build more trustworthy and healthy relationships.
