What is the refund policy?
We understand life happens. However, in order to receive a full refund, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the event. Please email [email protected] to make this request if needed.
Where’s the best place to park?
Northrop has a wide variety of parking locations and transportation options to choose from. For bussing, visit the Metro Transit website or take the light rail in on the new Metro Transit Green Line.
Parking options are listed in order of proximity to Northrop, however, during Northrop dance events, the garages closest to Northrop are typically full with reservations. Check the U of M Tickets and Events website to see if prepaid, reserved parking is available for the event.
