UMN Morris Office of Advancement is seeking applications for the position of Associate Development Officer. This is a 100% time, 12 month, annually renewable position. Residence in Minnesota and participation in UMM’s hybrid work model is expected for this role unless prior approval for remote work has been granted by the supervisor and the UMM Office of Human Resources.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this position is responsible for generating philanthropic support for the University of Minnesota Morris (UMM). The Associate Development Officer will work as part of the UMM’s Development and Alumni Relations team to secure major philanthropic gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations. This position also will build the pipeline of donors that give annual gifts with potential for major or planned gift relationships and opportunities.
